As I mentioned in the descriptions for the two commits, the conversion scripts don't really change anything. I've also run these through https://techiedelight.com/tools/clike to make it look nicer.

Terry wrote incomplete USB drivers. He stopped working on them since he found them a hassle. I think it would be better to write our own instead.
