  1. Refactor the transformers (OOXML->CiceroMark, CiceroMark->OOXML) under one name OOXMLTransformer and use methods ToCiceroMarkVisitor and ToOOXMLVisitor for conversion OOXML<->CiceroMark. Done to be consistent with markdown-html`.
  2. Write the transformer for inline-code.
