This is a small packager script for Yahoo! Connected TV Widgets. Will Packager for both sizes, or an input size
Will also validate the size.  Reads the widget.xml file to get application id and version for packaged widget
name.

Run packager -h for options.

Optionally should take an IGNORE file with a list of files or directories to ignore in packaging one file per line.
