A bit of a work-in-progress really, but in a working state.
This creates a virtual switch for each piston, allowing them to be executed directly from the Smartthings app. This also allows a piston to be executed by, for example, a scene. Or allows a Google Home Routine to execute a piston directly.
Work to be done - lots of housekeeping. For example renaming of the switch when piston name changes. It might perhaps also be desirable to only create these switches when desired - this might require front-end work to add a flag to create the virtual switch.
