Ensure that new releases are published to the GitHub Marketplace

Releases (from 1.0.10 to 1.0.102) were not published to the GitHub Marketplace, yikes. I had to accept GitHub's Ts and Cs before I could manually publish 1.0.103. This issue is to check if the next release is now automatically published to the marketplace. If not, I need to either automate it or come up with a way of ensuring it's not forgotten about.

FYI @johnboyes , the latest version on the Github Marketplace is v1.0.9, which is why I used it initially. Perhaps that should be updated?
