The DCC Core library has been restructured, and several of the previously separate libraries have now been included into this common core library. Documentation has been updated, and naming of objects and classes has been make consistent.

AP_DCC_Decoder_Basic V1.2.0

Skeleton for Accessory decoders that use the AP_DCC and RSBus libraries. It supports Configuration Variables (CVs) for different kind of decoders; these CVs can be accessed via SM and PoM. A speciality is that PoM feedback messages will not be send via RailCom, but via the RS-Bus using address 128.
