Small changes to make the images/attachments stored using the publication (post/page/cpt..) date.
I know this is not the default WP behavior, which stores any upload at the upload date.
Given that the plugin can be used to auto upload images from past publications, I think it would be good to mimic the human behavior (which generaly uploads attachments the same day that the publication).
I used this plugin after doing a WP import where attachments were missing.
This Stack Exchange answer made me to choose this plugin.
