Description

This pull request introduces an algorithm to calculate trapped rainwater in an elevation map represented by an array of non-negative integers. The algorithm uses dynamic programming to calculate the left and right maximum heights for each bar, which allows efficient calculation of trapped water above each bar. This approach ensures an optimal solution with reduced time complexity. Example use cases and edge cases, such as handling negative values, are covered.
