build error with mysql 8.3

Homebrew maintainer here. We are trying to build sysbench with MySQL 8.3 and are seeing a build error due to API deprecations - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.3/en/news-8-3-0.html#mysqld-8-3-0-deprecation-removal
