Copying config dirs would fail because it was attempting to transmit a directory or file with a literal name of '.'
This would otherwise nest the vim directory inside another nvim
directory. Root cause being that `fim.fn.stdpath("config")` returns
nvim directory (i.e. ~/.config/nvim on linux)
