feat(new reviewer): Keybinds

Approach

1. Generify the old reviewer keymap
2. Implement the keybindings
3. Implement the Show answer, Answer Again/Hard/Good/Easy, Show hint, Show all hints and Close bindable actions to ease the testing process of the PR and for general use
