Remove all but the latest version of juvix-docs (#126)

Remove all versions of the juvix documentation except the latest. In particular this removes the directory corresponding to each version and updates the versions.json file https://github.com/anoma/juvix-docs/blob/723cf1f6665f127eb7fca4f47dc36e3730a13716/versions.json @jonaprieto is this how we're supposed to do this?
