This is under Hive 2.3.x, Hive 3.1.x, so I think it should be clear that the whole paragraph is valid only for older versions of Hive

@pvary Yea,Sir. But based on the feedback I've received from users, they believe that this warning also applies to HIVE 4. Therefore, it would be best if we made a small clarification.

Since we are removing older Hive version support starting from Iceberg 1.8.0, I think we need to rework the documentation accordingly.
