[VL] Optimize the handling of specific agg func in HashAggregateExecTransformer

Description

There are many logics in HashAggregateExecTransformer that match specific aggregate functions, and many parts can be extracted as a common process. I will streamline the areas that can be optimized. Some optimizations have already been done previously.
