Tipo error correction

Is this a tipo error ? Because when I follow those instructions it doesn't work. It seems weird to remove the jumper even though we still need to upload the firmware later (and if I leave it, it works)... But I could perfectly be wrong (just started :)).

I've already reviewed the upgrading script. Please tell me if the instruction contained on this are clear for you:

Consider that at the moment the most updated files of this library are contained inside the Arduino IDE repository.
