Followup on #11062
Address misalignments found during the QA session:

• remove italic style from artwork meta data
• better align heart icon and likes count
• use black fill colour on the save icon on the artwork page if experiment variant b or c
• hide follow CTA on notifications grids (all alert types)
• update palette-mobile to include icon changes: fix(ONYX-1395): update urgency signals, follow and save icons palette-mobile#282
