Description

The current build system was broken for the release of the CLI: https://github.com/asyncapi/modelina/actions/runs/8459721268/job/23176590258

So I ended up migrating to the newest Oclif versions as @Amzani did for the CLI to try and fix it: asyncapi/cli#1228

Refactored a bunch of scripts to work better together and removed a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

Because the current CI for the Cli build is blocked, I am gonna go ahead and force merge this one.
