Support for odt and doc(x) through calligraconverter.
Format support is now indicated with icons.
Settings can now be saved per printer (separately for images and documents).
Defaults and setting that will actually be sent are now visually distinguishable.
Add warning for port 9100, and rendering issues with "office" documents.
Raster compression performance is improved with 30-35% (less for first page in each document).
Various design fixes.
