Description of changes:
Goal is to have essentially a +/- tracker so we get a better sense of both positive and negative reordering.
Call-outs:
I'm not sure if we should be using a consistent pre-auth baseline or the setup here. Naming is also... suboptimal, but I don't have better ideas.
