Create release with models as assets

Julien suggested to add the models as assets. They are pretty easy to add to a release:

At the bottom, it asks for binaries

@jcohenadad Thank you for the reference. I have uploaded the release including the model and checkpoint files of the CGANs that translates a TEM to SEM image as v1.0 https://github.com/axondeepseg/synthetic_image_gen_model/releases/tag/v1.0
