Initial manual build

This is initial manual build of following components:

u-boot: e9798a6220
arm-trusted-firmware: v0.2-520-gae787242
sunxi-tools: v1.1-424-g7db0564

Instructions:

• write *-uboot.bin to 16 sector of SD/eMMC,
• write u-boot-*-img.xz as SD/eMMC image to have PXE booting,
• use u-boot-sopine-*.img.xz as SD/eMMC image to flash or erase SPI.
