MacOS epoch converter added, time fixed ( thanks @jsimon1080 )

Moved to vcpkg
complete redesign
vs2022

Now stick to the latest libplist avaliable on vcpkg (1.3.6).

TODO:

  • update libplist to latest one when time permits.
  • fix appveyor build
