I think a couple of fixes can be done much cleaner, do not merge

this is issues about gcc 10 ? this is for version 30, isn't it ?

This is not specific to GCC 10

My host build environment is more modern than the Doker container (Ubuntu 20.10) but odroidgoa_defconfig still has:
BR2_GCC_VERSION_9_X=y
