Describe the task
Add two new boolean fields to the InvasivesBC Application for inspections

Purpose
Effective May 17 2024 in B.C. it is now illegal to transport your watercraft with the drain plug still in place. Having extra fields will assist officers in compliance, and remind them to be checking for these things
https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/invasive-mussels

Acceptance Criteria

  • Boolean Toggle 'Watercraft has bilge plugs'
  • Boolean Toggle (Followup) 'Bilge plugs removed during inspection'
  • Second boolean toggle only shows if first boolean set to 'Yes'
  • In Inspection Validation checks these fields
  • Update Add manual Waterbody text in form to limit user confusion

Additional context

  • iOS SDK Updates have to be performed or this can't be pushed to an App store (separate Ticket)

Note: I've added the additional Acceptance Criteria at the end instead of creating a new ticket as it was a high value add and only 5 minutes of work.
