Description
This will add the capability of creating cypress tests from GitHub issues, along with more tests and checks. This change will,

These changes will introduce the Cypress user flow test capability. It will also introduce new functionality that will clean up the contents of the Oracle database to allow the tests to be able to submit the same data again. This can cause some unexpected database cleanup
