This PR primarily introduces the markdown version of the Beckn-ONIX Specification to the repository, making the specification more accessible and easy to reference in markdown format.
In addition to this main change, the README has been updated to reflect the availability of the new markdown file, along with links to the Google Docs version and Swagger documentation.
