Description

Ajout d'un sha256 de la ressource téléchargée + vérification de la ressource à chaque téléchargement.

Problème soulevé :

• Les anciennes ressources ne sont plus forcément disponibles (offline, URL modifiée, l'accès à la ressource a été modifié, par ex. Banatic)
• Le système de miroir de stockage ne fonctionne pas (la variable MIRROR_URL n'est pas configurée et les fichiers présents dans le repo ont +2 ans...)
