Fixed the bug: "TabOrder for BCMaterialEdit and others not working" (#167). Added properties and events for the TBCMaterialEdit component.
When component is disabled client and TEdit colors are different.

This commit introduces a significant modification to the source code of the TBCMaterialEdit component.
If this approach is deemed acceptable and approved, I will modify the other TBCMaterial components to complete their functionalities.
