BMFont to CPP converter

Converts bitmap fonts generated with Bitmap Font Generator (http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/) into C++ static data

Build minimum requirements:

• C++11 compatible compiler.
• CMake 3.5.1 (optional without building the example program).
• SDL v2.0.0 (optional without building the example program).
