This release contains the following changes:
-Fixed the problem that it does not start if you do not have write permission
It is now possible to restart the application as an administrator if you do not have write permission.
-Change of behavior when the setting data of the transcription service to be used is corrupted
If the setting data of the transcription service used so far is corrupted, the setting was automatically changed to the default transcription service, but in later versions, the setting will not change automatically.
