✨ feat: add new applications to the README (#22)

This commit adds three new applications to the README:
- BTOP
- Fastfetch
- NCDU

Additionally, it updates the version number for the Unbound application.
These new applications provide additional system monitoring and optimization
tools for the BigBear Docker Images project.
