+## Method
+
+1. Boil water in kettle to 100C.
+2. Place eggs in a pot on the stove, cover with boiling water till just covered place on lid.
+3. Continue to bring to a rapid boil till the eggs are rocking in the water then turn off.
+4. Leave eggs for 12-14 mins for perfect hard boiled eggs.
