Seems Carbonite.Migrations.put_trigger_option is no longer available, but is still referenced in the generated migration file.

Seems that
Carbonite.Migrations.put_trigger_optionis no longer available, but is still referenced in the generated migration file. I've changed it toCarbonite.Migrations.put_trigger_config.
