REQUIRED: ColdFusion 9.0.1 and a working install of MongoDB.  Included is Marc Escher's CFMongodb from cfmongodb.riaforge.org

This URL shortner currently uses a "poor mans" SEO URLs.  In IIS the 404 error is replaced with a call to redirect.cfm which looks at the query string to determine how to redirect.
