Following on from #603 I've repaired the German translation file so that it doesn't break BP Docs on German sites running 2.0.x. I haven't touched the text, only the markup. The only caveat is that I've done this with Loco Translate, which has inserted its own header in the .po file. I'll add a new commit if you'd like to keep the previous file header.
