• A rapid study and research were undertaken on various types of diagrams , made an observation of their relation with the project, familiarized the diagram types.
• Discussed how to construct the diagrams, made a superficial plan to construct them which needs to be detailed after.
• Determined the next meeting date to make a detail construction of diagrams and discussion distribution of tasks.
