When trying to connect to metamask we are getting the following error:

s: Web3 validator found 1 error[s]: value "1071" at "/0" must pass "hex" validation

Thoughts: it might be related to this https://github.com/clbrge/svelte-web3#x-doesnt-work-after-await-defaultevmstoressetprovider
