I was thinking ahead to writing the ZenDesk doc for this stuff, and I figured it would be simpler to use (and explain) if I implemented a helper tool to generate the encoded url. Also gives staff the ability to click through a pre-enroll survey and copy those answers to the clipboard in the correct format for using with
preFilledAnswers
