docs: Second pass for 3.3 documentation

Another quick pass of the documentation in prep for the 3.3 changes. Bunch of smaller changes/cleanup throughout the docs

• Firebase: Removes the install step for firebase tools as that's part of the quick start
• Firebase: Moves "Registering Studies" section below "Developing for Firebase" and "Deploying on Firebase"
• Introduction: Little bit of cleanup in regards to Honeycomb equipment and working with jsPsych tasks
• Prerequisites: Moves the manual installation instructions for each OS inside a "Manual Installation" section
• Quick Start: Removes unneeded information about quitting the task and saving data in Electron
• Quick Start: Removes unneeded initial paragraph in the "Next Steps" section
• Troubleshooting: Better details how to open the developer tools
• Troubleshooting: Removes the "Testing in Linux" section (we don't have tests and very few labs use Linux nowadays)
