Allows to run the documentation release workflow manually to have documentation for latest
developmentbranch redeployed to the latest version.This can be useful in cases like with the current switch to Git LFS, where images were not deployed. After fixing it on develop, the workflow can be triggered to have the documentation for latest version updated, and not only documentation for
developand fixed in the last version.
