New functionalities

Thanks to the pull-request of Piotr Gawron, the sequence viewer now include :

• Some tests (with mocha)
• New features : regions defined by coverage can have :
  • a color background
  • tooltip (some text appearing on mouse hover)
  • region can be clickable (there is additional onclick field)
