MakeCode for Calliope Portable

Starts a local server of MakeCode for Callliope without external dependencys. If you already have NodeJS and yarn or npm on your pc you might want to use https://github.com/calliope-mini/pxt-calliope-static instead.

First steps:

1. Download or Clone the repo

2. Go to MakeCode Calliope Portable

3. Run the Update-Script which matches your OS. You only have to run this script once while internet is connected.

You might get a security warning or not be allowed to run scriptes from the internet. You can also run the commands manualy in a shell.

You can copy the folder arround and also to other devices which are offline.

Start MakeCode

1. Run the Start-Script which matches you OS. This works offline.

Updating

1. Connect your PC to the internet

2. Run the Update-Script again
