Thanks for you update and pulls, but it did not work under all settings.

[YouKu TV]zero length field name in format

After youku change API, video links with token will timeout and server response HTTP 403.
concatenate and stack mode don't work anymore.
list mode can play some part, and resume after error.
stack mode works fine.
