I'm not sure what happened earlier when I tried to open this PR before. But here it is.
This PR updates the Solana dependencies to 2.0 and the Cargo.lock to 2.0.15, which is the current mainnet build. I confirmed that
cargo test-sbfworks with Solana CLI 2.0.15.I also modified Cargo.toml files to use workspace dependencies.
