Install

1. Clone the project or download the zip
2. In your Chrome Extensions settings tick the "Developer mode" checkbox
3. Click "Load unpacked extension"
4. Browse to within the folder containing the code

Modifying

Every time you make a change to the code, you will need to click the Reload link within the extension's listing in the Extensions settings tab.

Output

Browse to a http://www.bath.ac.uk page and things will happen.
