CCExpand v0.3

This is a bugfix relating to the R_Read_Parameter_Bytes routine allowing it to properly zero out the argument space, meaning that M_Read_Bytes_or_Arg now works! :)

CCExpand v0.2 - Single-file

With a new CCScript trick (well... new to me), I was able to merge ccexpand.ccs and ccexpand_asmlib.ccs into a single file. That's the only change. It should be more convenient to use as a result.

CCExpand v0.1 (first version)

This is the first version of CCExtend! I hope that it proves useful to everyone.
