This is a fork of NMS Resign by stk25/emoose that I wrote to add some functionality, fix a bug, and clean up its command line interface. I did this because I needed it to work properly for No Man's Sky World Part 1, which highlighted the bug to me. I figure- since I'm fixing the bug anyway I may as well make it a bit nicer to use via command line.
Anyway, it was needed for my script NMSDecompressinator.

- Made it locale Indifferent to fix it failing on some Windows locales.
