Infra server release for Amazon Linux 2023

Description

This PR is about to introduce the Chef-Server to the new Amazon AMI 2023. For this the we have included the new AMI in our omnibus release config and also I have confirmed the respected agent i.e, new Amazon AMI in the build-kite
adhoc pipeline.

Issues Resolved

This PR is intended to add support of chef-server into a new AMI, which I have confirmed via the adhoc Pipeline.

Adding new AMI might require us to change the related docs, Team have to say in this also I will confirm before closing this.
