chipKIT USB Drivers v2.0

To avoid filename collisions in the Arduino IDE file management system, v2.0 of these drivers is being released with the only change being the filename.

Version 1.0

This includes version 2.12.10 WHQL Windows 10 certified FTDI drivers, as well as the chipKIT USB drivers (for DP32, Fubarinos, etc. anything with built-in USB)
