litex_demo is pinned to use a LiteX version from the end of 2020, and uses the previous Makefile, symbiflow_synth etc. flow.

I believe that LiteX has been updated to use F4PGA. It would be nice to demonstrate here that everything works correctly by using current LiteX + current F4PGA.
